Last week I did not another advanced olive oil tasting course organised by the University of Pablo de Olavide in the town of Carmona. Tasting a lot of olive oil can be taxing on the palate but I find it a very stimulating exercise. Everytime I do a course I learn something new and extend my knowledge which is very important for me as I run a lot of olive ol tours.
The person leading the tasting session in the photo below is Pepe Alba, one of the most influential people in olive oil tasting anywhere in the world.
