In the morning, I organised a guided tour of Segovia for my clients with a great local guide, Elena. We then headed off to the medieval village of Pedraza which looks as if it hasn&#8217;t changed much over the last 400 years or more. Here we went for lunch at a restaurant, El Jardin. Our main course was &#8220;two quarters&#8221; of exellent roast lamb. This was accompanied by a bottle of Arzuaga Crianza 2012.
