\nDue to being very busy I haven’t posted anything since 10th May. Anyway, part of last week was spent with some clients who have been with me before. I spent 4 days with them doing a number of different tours. We did my half-day tour olive oil tour last Tuesday (14th May) and in the photo below you can now see the olives forming.<\/div>\n

\nIn the second photo the group is about to start tasting olive oil.<\/p>\n

\nOn the evening of the 14th we did a tapas tour but I didn’t take my camera along so no photos. The following day we visited two wineries in Jerez before going for lunch at a great seafood restaurant in Sanl\u00facar de Barrameda. In the photo below the group have just been tasting some brandy directly from the cask. This was after tasting a range of exceptional sherries.<\/div>\n

\nAfter our fabulous lunch we watched the “hermandades” or brotherhoods who were crossing or about to cross the estuary of the Guadalquivir river  on their way to El Rocio, a town where the revered Virigin of El Rocio is taken out on procession on the morning of Pentecostal Monday. Up to 1 million people come to the town for this celebration!<\/div>\n

\n<\/div>\n

\nOn the 16th May we did a wine tour to the Ronda area stopping at some white towns on the way. I didn’t get round to taking any photos but we had a fantastic lunch at the winery.<\/p>\n

\nThe next day we went to the Sierra of Aracena and spent around 4 hours on an organic Iberian pig farm where, as well as spending two hours touring the farm, we had lunch. This was a great experience which everyone thoroughly enjoyed. Apart from the wine everything we had for lunch was from the farm. In the second photo below I make a guest appearance!<\/div>\n
