Due to being out on tours nearly every day for the last 10 days or more I have neglected my blog, which is not good. Anyway, among the many tours that I have been running lately I did my half-day olive oil tour a few days ago and took some photos of the olive trees to show them in bud. You can see one of the photos below.
The second photo below shows two of my clients tasting one of the superb olive oils that are produced at the mill that I visit.
