Last Friday I ran a tour which involved visiting an olive mill and then a winery, with lunch at the latter. As we are in February the vines are of course dormant (see photo below) awaiting the spring when they will come to life again.
After a wonderful lunch we went into the beautiful town of Ronda for a walk around. One of the nearby ranges of mountains called “La Sierra de la Nieves” still has some snow on the top, which befits its name as anyone who knows Spanish knows that “nieve” means snow.
